• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience

• Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service requirements
• Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments
• Assist with parts sales and manage stock levels
• Provide precise vehicle repair estimates and communicate updates to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
• Support daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade sector
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage both service and parts-related tasks effectively
• Organised, professional, and customer-focused approach to work
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume workloads
