Rosscare is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for the Surrey Wheelchair Service Centre in Woking. You will be the first point of contact for queries from service users, family members and healthcare professionals, handling calls and emails efficiently.
Daily duties include coordinating equipment delivery/collection by engineers, monitoring orders with suppliers, and entering referral details for clinical triage, supported by strong admin and IT skills.
