September 28th 2026 A very well known Nationwide retailer are looking to add to the team on a temporary basis. The position will be working until January 2nd 2026. The typical duties whilst working in this role are (but not limited to):
Answering incoming calls from candidates regarding application status and progressions Answering incoming calls from internal managers and giving answers to queries around applications etc Responding to email queries over a few inboxes Customer service via live chat function Maintaining and updating internal systems and spreadsheets on Excel Complete daily reporting tasks Plus much more. The ideal candidate would come from a background in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, however those who have come from a background in busy call/contact centres, or different types of telephone customer service roles would be advantageous also.
