Permanent We are seeking an experienced Design Manager (BIM) to join a major pharmaceutical construction project in Surrey. This role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of BIM and design activities, leading the BIM project team and ensuring all model production, coordination, and clash detection processes are executed to the highest standard. You will work closely with engineering teams, design consultants, and third-party contractors to ensure full alignment across all MEP and multidisciplinary design activities.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the BIM team and Project BIM Coordinators Liaise, coordinate, and collaborate with design teams and third-party contractors Chair weekly coordination meetings and breakout workshops Manage and maintain the Master Revit MEP Model Produce weekly Navisworks updates and issue clash detection reports
