Science Teacher – Woking – QTS Required About the Role
  • Teach Science across KS3 to KS5, covering core subjects within Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that align with the National Curriculum and inspire a love for Science.
  • Prepare students for GCSE & A-Level exams by promoting critical thinking, scientific curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the Science Department to develop resources and share best practices.
  • Track and assess student progress, offering tailored feedback and support to ensure students reach their potential.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Science.
  • Proven experience-teaching Science up to KS5, with strong knowledge of the GCSE & A-Level curriculum.
  • A commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning that caters to diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to classroom management.
  • A passion for Science and the drive to inspire curiosity and achievement in students.
