Woking High School is seeking an outstanding primary-trained teacher to collaboratively develop and deliver a new KS3 literacy and numeracy intervention provision. This exciting new role will focus on teaching Year 7 and 8 students working at primary level, building secure foundations in phonics, reading, writing and core numeracy to accelerate progress and enable full access to the
- Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly phonics and numeracy.
- Has experience closing gaps in literacy and/or maths.
- Is passionate about inclusion and raising achievement.
- Wants to help shape and develop a new provision with whole-school impact.
