Teaching Assistant

Horizon Teachers is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school located in Guildford. This full‑time position starting September will initially be long term through Horizon Teachers, with the opportunity to become a permanent staff member.

The school is a SEN School specialising in supporting pupils with speech and language difficulties.

• Have prior experience working with children with special educational needs.

• Exhibit strong organisational skills, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.

• We offer our support staff the highest rates up to 600 per week.

• We offer a FREE Safeguarding Course online to support you in your work in an educational setting.
• You will be paid the permanent equivalent for the job after 12 weeks, in many cases from day one.
