Learning Design Partner

As a Learning Design Partner, you will support Centre (RSC), we come to work to be ourselves, and to make something of ourselves.

We re looking for a Learning Design Partner to join our Restaurant Capability team for the next 12 months and help us bring some important learning programmes to life.

• Design and develop engaging learning content for restaurant and field teams
  - Build digital learning
• Support multiple Restaurant Capability projects, helping take learning from idea through to delivery
• Test and quality-check learning before it reaches our teams
• Review and refresh existing learning so it stays accurate, relevant and engaging

• Work model:
  Hybrid

• You ll need experience within hospitality, retail or another operational environment would be brilliant, but isn t essential
• S using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline or similar tools
  - Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, job aids, videos and practical performance support materials
• Hands-on experience with digital authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise and Storyline, or similar
• S and create tools that restaurant and field teams can actually use in the real world
• You ll need experience working with an LMS, including publishing and maintaining digital learning
• And know-how to be brilliant at what they do
• And an understanding of how adults learn
• And a great eye for detail
