Graduate SEN Teacher

Milk Education is working in partnership with specialist SEN schools across Guildford, Farnborough, and the surrounding areas to recruit Graduate SEN Teachers
. This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs and newly qualified teachers looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive SEND environment.

, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while developing your teaching skills within specialist SEN settings.

The Role as a Graduate SEN Teacher:

You will teach and support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and learning difficulties
, delivering engaging lessons that help every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND
Work closely with Learning Support Assistants, SENCOs, and therapists
Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
A passion for working with children with SEND
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
