  • Assist with monitoring pupil progress and reporting outcomes.
  • Help create and maintain a positive, purposeful and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, families and external professionals.
  • Ensure safeguarding and pupil welfare remain at the forefront of practice.
About You
  • Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEMH, SEND, alternative provision or care settings.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
  • Are patient, resilient and emotionally intelligent.
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting welfare.
Why Join Us?

  • A therapeutic and supportive working environment.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced education and therapeutic professionals.
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people every day.
