Scheduler
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join an oil and gas project on a contract basis at our Woking site. This role suits someone with strong project planning expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and effective scheduling to drive project success.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to meet defined milestones.
Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or risks.
Collaborate with project teams to gather input and update schedules accordingly.
Monitor progress and provide accurate forecasting to management.
Update and maintain planning tools and reporting systems.
Generate schedule performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Support project controls in aligning schedule data with cost and resource planning.
Must-have Requirements
Proven experience in project scheduling, ideally within oil and gas or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present scheduling data.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with clear communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
Understanding of project controls and cost interfaces.
Experience with large-scale EPC or energy projects.
