Maintenance Engineer

Apex Appoint are working exclusively with a growing manufacturing business looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining production equipment through a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and continuous improvement projects.

You'll work alongside an experienced engineering team to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime across the site.

What's on Offer

 * £42,000–£45,000 depending on experience

* Overtime paid at 1.5x

Shift Pattern

Choose from either:

* Monday to Friday – Late Shift
   or

* Sunday (Days) & Monday–Thursday (2:00pm–10:00pm)

We're Looking For

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance

* Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer

* Manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging or automated production experience

* Strong fault-finding ability on electrical and mechanical systems

* Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
