You will rotate through Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance, gaining broad experience of how a Formula 1 team operates while contributing to performance on and off the track.
You will work with cross-functional teams, tackle engineering challenges, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced racing environment, supported by mentoring and structured development
