McLaren Racing seeks high‑potential graduates for a two‑year Engineering Graduate Programme starting summer 2027. You will rotate through Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance, gaining exposure to how a Formula 1 team operates and providing race weekend support across the season.
You should have an Engineering/Math/Science degree (2:1) and be practically minded with a passion for motor sport, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.
