We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Group Financial Accountant to join a thriving business services company. The role involves managing financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organisation.

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting across the organisation.
• Manage and coordinate the internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decision‑making processes.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Experience in managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
