Interim Finance Manager

We have partnered with a highly successful, global company who pride themselves on building strong relationships with their clients who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the team within a client site located in Northampton. This role is on an temp to perm basis and is based on site. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two, building a positive relationship with the wider finance function, providing financial support to the business leaders, planning cycles with a monthly client rolling forecast, as well as weekly / monthly reporting and leading internal and external budgeting.

Ideally you will:
Be a qualified or studying accountant with experience in management accounting, financial accounting and business partnering. Be flexible and adaptable within this role, able to effectively accommodate requests and changes throughout the month. Be an approachable person, with confident communication skills to support you in leading the team and providing financial support. Have good knowledge of fixed assets accounting and related processes.
