We are excited to be opening a brand‑new, purpose‑built care home in Woking in early February, and we're looking for a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA) to join our night team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service, contribute to a positive culture from the start, and make a meaningful difference every night.

⭐ What you'll be doing

Providing high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents throughout the night

Supporting and guiding night‑shift care staff to ensure excellent standards

Administering medication and completing accurate documentation

Responding to residents' needs with compassion, dignity, and professionalism

Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment during night hours

⭐ What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Senior HCA or strong HCA experience

Confidence working nights and leading a small team

A caring, reliable, and proactive approach

Good communication and organisational skills

Medication competency or willingness to train
