Our Core Values guide how we work and inform our decision making.

As an organisation we are in a good place, we have a great team, and we are excited about our plans for the future.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Short Breaks Team at Surrey Choices, to be based in a new, purpose-built site in Woking from Early 2025. We are currently working in partnership with Surrey County Council to deliver on their vision for quality Short Breaks for people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, through the development of two state of the art, purpose built overnight services.

You will also manage medication safely and appropriately and ensure the safe handling, dispensing, administration, and recording of medication.

Working well within a team, you will demonstrate a practical understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, risk assessment, and confidentiality.

You will be working flexibly over a seven‑day period, consisting of two 12‑hour shifts. You will also be required to work every other weekend.
