Full-time, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday on a rota basis

Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join its highly experienced clinical team in Woking.

You will provide high-quality musculoskeletal care to a diverse patient population within a modern, well equipped clinical environment. Key responsibilities
  • Manage a varied MSK caseload, from initial assessment through to rehabilitation
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based, patient-centred treatment plans
  • Use appropriate outcome measures to monitor and demonstrate patient progress
  • Support patients in returning to function safely and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other healthcare professionals
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary team
Essential requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Ideally, at least three years’ MSK experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and workload-management abilities
  • Adaptable, professional and patient-focused
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet service objectives
Desirable skills and qualifications
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Training or experience in acupuncture or dry needling
  • Experience delivering shockwave therapy
  • Sports massage qualification or experience
