What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Assistant, you'll support adults in supported living services to live independently, confidently and safely.
Your role may include:
* Providing emotional and practical support
* Supporting people with daily living skills and household tasks
* Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing
* Supporting people to access education, employment and community activities
* Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
* Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support

Essential Requirements
* Strong spoken and written English skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to obtain an Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS Check
Desirable not essential
* Health & Social Care Qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
* Previous experience in care, support work or customer-facing roles
