We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (internally known as Internal Recruitment Resourcer) to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team! If you love connecting with people, have an eye for detail, and want to help shape an outstanding candidate experience, this is your chance! 🚀

✨ What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and headhunting top talent for permanent, seasonal, and project roles.

Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews.

Building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Managing job postings and candidate communications via our ATS (Page Up).

Organising interviews and ensuring candidates have all the info they need.

Maintaining candidate databases and compiling weekly recruitment bulletins

Supporting system administration and reporting.

💡 What We're Looking For

Experience in talent acquisition (ideally in a large organisation or multi-brand environment).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Super organised with great attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

🌐 Knowledge of Linked In and job posting platforms.
📚 Familiarity with ATS systems (Page Up experience = big plus!).
🎓 HR or Business degree and a passion for growing in HR.
