Yum! Brands' Woking-based Talent & Culture team seeks a People & Culture Business Partner on a 12-month FTC to advise leaders and employees, delivering strategic HR solutions across global markets with a UK focus.
You will lead talent, performance and employee relations, partner with COEs, and ensure compliant, scalable HR practices across regions. This role requires extensive UK employment law knowledge and remote leadership within a global organisation.
