The Opportunity
Join a busy and supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll and employee administration services. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, attention to detail, and providing excellent internal support.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences, and statutory payments.
Support payroll accuracy through regular checks and reporting.
Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration.
Manage payroll-related records, reconciliations, pensions, and third-party payments.
Respond to payroll and employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and implement process improvements where possible.

About You

Previous payroll administration experience, ideally within an in-house payroll or HR environment.
Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling confidential information.
Payroll qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.

What's Needed

Around 2+ years' payroll or administrative experience.
Strong IT and systems skills.
A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
