Support and

Development:

• Provide3rdleveltechnicalsupporttoallKFC
  1000+restaurantsinthe
  
  UKandROIbyworkingwithstoreemployeestoresolvetechnical,trainingorsystemsissues
• Supportothermembersofthe Technologyteamregardingallrestaurantsystemsanddevices,including
  
  POSs,Backof
  
  House
  
  PCs&Laptopsincludingsystemstomanagecash,stock,pack screens,securityandreporting
• Resolveissuesastheyoccurwhilepro-activelyinvestigatinganddocumentinglonger-termsolutionstoresolverepeatissues
• Supporting Techprojectsthroughthedevelopment&implementation
• Analysingstatisticaldatatofindsolutionstorepeatingissues.
  
  Documentingandsharingnewprocedureswithothermembersofthe Technology team
• Workingcloselywithourthird-partysupportpartners,suchasFujitsu
• Development,supportandadministrationofkiosks,delivery&onlineorderingsolutions
• Testingandapprovalforanydevelopmentchangesrelatingtotheabove
• Collaborationonthesupportofnewtechnologyandprocessesintorestaurants
• Crossfunctionallycollaborationwith Ops,Marketing,BI,Restaurant Tech,Finance and Digital Teams
• Weekendoncallsupport(1dayapproxevery3weeks)
