Application Support Analyst

9-12 months FTC (Maternity cover)

Hybrid 2 days a week in Woking

My client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support key retail and marketing systems, including , Kappture ePOS and Nifty
19
. You’ll handle Service Desk support, small change requests, and system improvements while delivering excellent customer service.

• Configure, support and maintain  and retail ePOS systems
• Respond to incidents, service requests and routine maintenance tasks
• Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues
• Administer user access, profiles and permissions
• Provide user support, training and documentation
• Assist with EPOS and payment solution improvement projects
• Occasional travel to company locations for on-site support

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service focus
• Experience working with third‑party IT providers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• configuration and support experience
• Retail / PoS systems and payments experience
• Familiarity with MS Power Platform, Copilot Agents or ITIL
