We are partnering with one of the UK and Ireland’s most recognisable consumer brands. Technology already underpins more than 70 percent of revenue, with a clear ambition to reach 100 percent by 2030. This role sits at the centre of that journey.

This is not a traditional finance role. It is about value creation, strategic influence, and translating digital ambition into commercial outcomes.

You will act as the senior commercial and financial partner to the Technology leadership team, shaping investment decisions, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring technology spend delivers measurable business impact across growth, margin, scalability, customer experience, and speed to market.

The role sits within the Technology function with a dotted line to the CFO and is seen internally as a development platform for future senior leadership roles.

You influence strategy through commercial credibility rather than hierarchy

A traditional financial control or governance-led background is not required.

Hybrid working from Woking, two days per week

Direct train from London Waterloo in under 40 minutes

Salary range of £100,000 to £120,000 plus bonus and amazing people first benefits package
