SAP O2C Business Analyst

We are now looking for an O2I / B2B Business Analyst to support and shape key Order‑to‑Invoice and B2B integration initiatives across our Middle Office function.

As an SAP O2C/SD Business Analyst, you will work across a diverse project portfolio, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions that drive value, reduce cost, and improve service. You will collaborate closely with Senior Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, 3rd‑party IT providers, and functional experts across Nomad Foods to design, document, test, and implement scalable solutions.

You will be a key interface between business teams and SAP service providers, supporting BAU activities while contributing to larger strategic projects across SAP ECC, S/4

HANA, EDI integration and the broader Middle Office ecosystem.

• Lead the collection, documentation and translation of business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.
• Manage Order‑to‑Invoice and B2B Integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with process and system standards.
• Support SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA related activities, including configuration reviews, testing and user training.
• Analyses and troubleshoot escalated incidents, providing options across process, system and data pathways.
• Design and document improved business processes using best‑practice methodologies.
• Support the delivery of strategic projects including France e‑Invoicing, EU DR, EDI onboarding and Project Sigma.
• Collaborate globally with SMEs, Business Partners, Logistics leads, and IT teams to deliver consistent and high‑quality solutions.
• Evaluate industry and competitor trends to inform solution design and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with project lifecycle controls, service management guidelines, and SOX compliance.

• Experience as a Business Analyst working across Order‑to‑Invoice, B2B Integration or SAP SD functions.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4
  
  HANA and EDI processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional specs, process maps and test plans.
• Understanding of Business Partner Master Data and Material Master Data.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend system, data or process‑based solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple business lines and external partners.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
