Marketing Operations Consultant - (Hub Spot & Mar Tech)
Location:
Hybrid (2 days per week in Woking office)
Salary: £45,000
About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Consultant to help turn strategy into execution across marketing systems, websites, and digital platforms.
This is a client-facing, midweight role at the centre of delivery, responsible for implementing and optimising Mar Tech, supporting an AI-enabled way of working, and ensuring high-quality, scalable execution that clients can trust and see impact from.
You'll work closely with strategy, content, and client teams to bring marketing plans to life with precision and consistency.
What You'll Do
Mar Tech & Systems (Core Focus)
Manage and deliver across Hub Spot CRM and marketing automation
Build forms, landing pages, workflows, and segmentation
Support lifecycle, email, and automation programmes
Ensure accuracy across tracking, data, and reporting
Web & CMS Execution
Manage and maintain client websites (Word Press, Hub Spot, Webflow)
Build landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets
Translate design into clean HTML/CSS and structured content
Content & Quality Control
Ensure content is correctly structured, formatted, and optimised
Act as a quality gate before work reaches clients
Client & Team Collaboration
Explain technical implementation clearly to clients
Advise on best practice and feasibility
Collaborate with strategy, delivery, and content teams
AI-Enabled Delivery
Use AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to accelerate execution
Apply judgment and quality control to AI-assisted output
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Mar Tech platforms (Hub Spot preferred)
Strong CMS experience (Word Press, Hub Spot CMS, Webflow)
Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
Experience with email and marketing automation
Confident communicator, able to simplify technical concepts
Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Experience using AI tools to enhance delivery
