Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead
Woking based with Hybrid working model

We have an exciting opportunity for a Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to join Nomad Foods within our Group IT function. This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping the future of End User Computing (EUC), collaboration technologies and digital workplace productivity across a global organisation. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will own the EUC strategy, drive adoption of collaboration technologies, and ensure our 2,000+ office-based colleagues maximise the value of the tools available to them.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners, you will lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of productivity solutions that enable our business to perform at its best.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the End User Computing (EUC) strategy across Nomad Foods, including hardware, software deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of collaboration and personal productivity technologies across the business.
  • Define and deliver training, communications and engagement programmes to improve ways of working and user adoption.
  • Manage a technology budget of approximately €1-2 million and ensure effective vendor and licence management.
  • Build strong relationships with Executive stakeholders and their support teams, ensuring a high-quality technology experience.
  • Lead audit, compliance and controls activities, ensuring robust governance and minimal risk.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to identify new technologies, improve services and optimise costs.
  • Support the transition of new technologies into operational support models and drive continual service improvement.
  • Create user guides, learning materials and communications that help colleagues get the most from our technology investments.
  • Represent Technology & Infrastructure at governance forums, making strategic decisions with suppliers and partners.
About You

We're looking for an experienced technology leader who combines strong End User Computing expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll be comfortable operating in a global environment, influencing senior leaders, and driving meaningful improvements to the digital workplace experience.

Key Requirements
  • Graduate-calibre IT professional with significant experience within infrastructure, service operations or technology leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of End User Computing, collaboration technologies and emerging workplace productivity solutions.
  • Experience delivering technology change and adoption programmes within international organisations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
  • Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and broader collaboration technologies would be highly beneficial.
