Business Analyst | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £450 - £500 per day | Exeter We are currently supporting a client who is looking for multiple experienced Business Analysts to join a major transformation programme within a large-scale organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working across complex business and technology change initiatives, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and helping to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation programmes. Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and documentation skills. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments. Proven experience delivering system integration projects, with the ability to work across multiple platforms and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment.

Experience with B2B integrations, including the exchange of data between external partners, suppliers, and customers through APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies. Nice to Haves

Experience with in the Utilities sector. Knowledge of Smart Metering programmes and technologies. Exposure to Mule Soft integrations and API-led connectivity solutions. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
