Residential Property Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Woking

An excellent opportunity for a Residential Property lawyer to join a well-established regional firm where conveyancing is a core pillar of the practice, not a bolt-on service. This role offers a high-quality, client-facing residential caseload, strong local market presence and real scope to help shape the continued growth of the Woking team.

You will take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload while playing a visible role in developing local relationships and supporting the firm's wider growth ambitions.

• Managing your own caseload of residential matters from instruction through to completion

• Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for a broad client base

• Delivering a consistently high level of client care in a busy, transactional environment

• Working closely with local agents, lenders and referrers to keep matters progressing smoothly

• Contributing to business development activity and helping to strengthen the firm’s local profile

• Ensuring work is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards

This role will suit a residential property lawyer who enjoys responsibility, client contact and being part of a growing local team.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Property Executive

• Around 2+ years' PQE, although strong conveyancing experience is more important than PQE

• Comfortable managing a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision

• Commercially aware, proactive and confident dealing directly with clients and referrers

• An interest in business development or relationship-building is welcomed, but not essential

• Approachable, well organised and committed to delivering a high standard of service
