  • You will lead Procurement performance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and drive measurable improvements in sustainable savings, cost avoidance, productivity, and spend under management while creating significant business value
    Furthermore, you will define and execute EMEA-wide category strategies, increasing leverage and standardization while maintaining strong business alignment.
  • You will lead the continuous evolution of the EMEA Procurement Operating Model, designing scalable structures, governance frameworks, and operating processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and value creation across multiple countries and Procurement categories.
  • In this role, you will champion the deployment of digital, automation, and AI-driven Procurement solutions, leveraging advanced analytics, intelligent sourcing tools, and next-generation procure-to
    -pay capabilities to transform decision-making, user experience, and business performance / procurement performance at scale.
  • Moreover, you will develop and inspire high-performing category management and Procurement operations teams, fostering expertise, accountability, collaboration, and a strong results-oriented culture
  • As the senior Procurement leader across the region, you will align business units, Finance, Operations, Corporate Procurement, and Digital and Artificial Intelligence teams around shared value delivery priorities while strengthening supplier performance, resilience, global sourcing opportunities, and risk management

  • With more than fifteen years of Procurement and Supply Chain leadership experience, you bring a proven track record of delivering large-scale Procurement transformations and category management programs within complex multinational organizations
  • Your strong strategic and commercial mindset, combined with a clear understanding of profit and loss impact, enables you to create measurable value and support sustainable business performance
  • Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and Procurement performance management allows you to identify opportunities, optimize spend, and deliver lasting results
  • You have a proven track record within the past five years of implementing AI-enabled procurement processes, advanced analytics solutions, and digital procurement platforms, with demonstrated and measurable business impact.
  • Through outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, you build alignment across business, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership teams to accelerate decision-making and value delivery
  • Leveraging extensive experience with digital Procurement platforms, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence enabled Procurement capabilities, you drive innovation and continuously improve Procurement outcomes
  • Ideally, you have led large-scale organizations of 50+ employees with accountability for business performance and experience leading through managers and senior leadership teams with evidence of building high- performing teams, strengthening capabilities, and improving organizational performance.
  • Additionally, you inspire and develop high-performing teams across multiple countries and functions while demonstrating a pragmatic, results-oriented leadership style characterized by strong ownership and accountability
