As a Facilities & Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the building and grounds are secure, well‑maintained, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
• Managing security systems to ensure they function properly
• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
• Managing relationships with tenants in the building
• Conducting Health & Safety audits
• Performing general yard duties

• Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task effectively
• A proactive and problem‑solving mindset
• Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English

• Competitive Salary
  : £18,000 – £19,500 per year (DOE) for a 22.5‑hour contract, with flexibility in scheduling the weekly hours over 3‑5 days.
