As a Sales Office Manager based in Woking youll be responsible for:
Building a driven and engaged team who are focused on meeting individual and branch based targets. Lead from the front and coach your team. Deputise in the absence of the Branch Manager. Building long lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday And heres what wed like you to have: A proven track record in sales team leadership within a Merchant or related environment.
