Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to manage the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You'll coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill, and step in as floor lead when the Colleague Manager is absent.
You will model excellent customer service, train colleagues on the One Best Way, allocate staff for quick payments, keep the store clean, safe and well presented, and support nearby stores when required.
