The Role As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the business. You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing the team Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance Delivering excellent customer service Managing stock, rotas, administration and compliance Maintaining high standards across the store Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business About You We're open on background and are more interested in your leadership ability, commercial mindset and passion for fishing.
