Retirement Villages Group Ltd (RVG) is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for Botanical Place in West Byfleet to establish high standards across the estate. You will lead estates, housekeeping and grounds, manage contractors, and drive safety, budget and resident-focused service.
You will oversee day-to-day management, preventative maintenance programmes, and service contracts while ensuring excellent presentation and resident satisfaction at a brand-new retirement village.
