Mechanical Assemblers urgently required to work an PM Shift for a specialist engineering and manufacturing business based near Woking, We are looking for experienced fitters and assemblers who can work to engineering drawings and build a wide range of mechanical products, lifting and access equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge, who wants to put your assembly, fitting and production experience to the test!

Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm- 10:30pm, Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm

These roles have been created due to huge investment following a number of massive contract wins resulting in an 18 month full order book and requirement for a new shift! This role has the opportunity for real career progression into a team Lead and then field service based roles, with live examples of fitters who are now travelling the world doing installations, repairs and maintenance, having started in the workshop.

• Mechanical Assembly/ Fitting of Steel and Aluminium equipment
• knowledge of Ground support, platforms, access and lifting equipment
• working to technical drawings and build sheets
• Use of hand tools and power tools
• Assembly of access structures, ground support equipment, and similar products.
• Packing and protection of parts and products.
• Work as part of a team
