Vehicle Prepper – £35K–£40K

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing vehicle refurbishment business that is expanding its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic workshop and play a key role in preparing vehicles for painting and finishing. The Role:

You will prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding and masking, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for paint application. You will assist paint sprayers, maintain a tidy work area, and support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

* Experience in vehicle preparation and masking

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Knowledge of health and safety in a workshop environment

Salary & Benefits:

* £35,000 – £40,000 per year

* 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown

* Bonus and benefits package under review

* Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm
