We’re a fast-moving, supportive team that values solution‑orientated thinking and personal growth. If you’re looking for a fresh start in a friendly, dynamic workplace, we want to hear from you!

What you would do
  • Service and calibrate pipettes:
You’ll work with small parts, following our approved standards. Don’t worry—full training is provided!
  • Hands‑on work:
Most of your day will be spent at the bench, carefully handling delicate instruments. No liquid handling.
  • Record keeping:
You’ll help us maintain accurate records of all servicing work.
  • Support:
You’ll offer advice or assistance to customers and colleagues, once you’re comfortable in the role.
What you bring
  • Attention to detail:
You’re good with your hands and can work carefully with tiny components.
  • No experience needed:
If you’ve worked in any hands‑on job, you could be a great fit.
  • Willingness to learn:
We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • Bonus:
Any knowledge of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 standards is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English, eligibility to work in the UK and a valid driving licence.
What we give
  • We care for you – life insurance and our health cash plan, including discounted gym membership, physio, opticians, and dental cover, are waiting for you.
  • We celebrate success together – feel the Starlab spirit at our company events.
  • A minimum of 20 days paid time off increasing to 28 days (depending on length of employment), all Bank Holidays off, Christmas closure fully paid.
  • Supportive team environment.
  • Company car – also for private use.

With us you will find equal opportunities for everyone.
