Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Trainee Electro/Mechanical Assembler to join their Assembly team.

In this role you will work within a skilled assembly team, supporting the production of high-quality mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies. You will receive full training while developing skills in assembly, testing, quality procedures and working with specialist tools and equipment.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong interest in engineering, manufacturing or practical hands‑on work looking to join a company who will invest in their future development and progression.

THE ROLE
  • Assembling mechanical and electro/mechanical components using tools, fixtures and engineering drawings
  • Testing and inspecting assemblies in line with quality procedures and specifications
  • Working within a clean, organised production environment while following 5S and safety standards
  • Supporting wider production activities and contributing to team targets
  • Receiving full training with opportunities to progress into skilled assembly and technician roles

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new technical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
  • Organised with the ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Comfortable working as part of a team within a manufacturing environment

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
