We are recruiting for multiple roles within our clients Composite Laminating Team to support the build of ourthe teams

Formula One car. These positions are based in Woking and will focus on the production of high-performance composite parts and assemblies for our clients F1 team.

Principal Accountabilities:

Production of F1 car components on current and future cars
Laminating components
Mould preparation, manufacture and maintenance
Operation of autoclaves
Work in a safe manner and to prescribed process
Prove support to other teams as work load dictates

Job requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Skilled composite laminator previous experience in motor sport (especially F1) or aerospace is preferable
Proactive, self-motivated and uses initiative, looks for the next task and offers solutions to problems
High level of attention to detail
Good communication skills uses accurate and clear communication and demonstrates when information is understood
