Deburr Operator Woking £27,000 - £32,000 + Production Bonus + Private Medical + Pension + Holidays + Free Parking Are you an experienced Deburr Operator or Precision Finishing Technician looking to work in a high-quality precision engineering environment, producing cosmetic and safety-critical components to exacting standards?

This is a hands-on role within a modern machine shop, working closely with Production and Quality teams to deliver high-value components within tight tolerances and strict quality requirements. You will be responsible for high-end cosmetic and functional finishing, ensuring components meet customer-critical specifications.

You will work as part of a skilled team but must be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and attention to detail to achieve consistently high standards.

• Hand deburring and precision finishing of CNC machined components
• Removal of burrs, sharp edges and machining marks to cosmetic and functional standards
• Use of hand and powered tools including files, stones, scrapers and grinders
• Preparation of components for anodising, coating, plating and assembly
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and job documentation
