Responsibilities:

* Manage production of aseptic pharmaceutical products.

* Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.

* Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment.

* Assist in the development and management of quality systems.

* Participate in the management team at a strategic level.

​

Experience:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical production

* Managerial or supervisory experience is essential.

* Equipment validation experience is an advantage but not essential.

* Any prior experience with sterile pharmaceuticals is an advantage.​

Skills/Attributes:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
