Job Description

The Paid Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the Paid Marketing function within a growing digital team.
• Drive PPC and paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta and Linked In, managing both large and small budgets.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ Paid Marketing Executives/Consultants.
• Own paid media strategy across all clients and internal projects.
• Use data and advanced analytics to optimise campaign performance.
• Gain exposure to wider digital marketing channels and innovative strategies, with continuous learning built into the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paid Marketing Manager should have:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management.
• Must be an expert in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads & Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns. This includes the full end‑to‑end process, from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation.
• Experience using Twitter Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed & Programmatic Ad Platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (previously Double Click) is preferable.
• You will be highly numerical with a strong attention to detail.
• You will have strong experience of managing a team.
• Excellent written English, communication skills, organisational skills and fluency in Microsoft Office are expected.

What's on Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits. Based Woking, with hybrid working.
