About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Supporter Engagement Manager to help WWF-UK build stronger, longer-lasting relationships with our supporters.

Sitting within the Supporter Retention team, you’ll help shape and deliver supporter journeys for some of WWF-UK’s key regular giving products, including Junior Adoptions and Go Wild Junior Membership.

You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging supporter communications across digital, direct mail, telemarketing and other channels, making sure every interaction feels relevant, valuable and connected to the impact of our work.

Working closely with the Senior Supporter Engagement Manager, Supporter Engagement Editor and colleagues across digital, content, supporter care and fundraising, you’ll help develop campaigns and journeys from initial idea through to delivery, evaluation and improvement.

You’ll use insight, data and supporter feedback to understand what is working, identify where journeys can be improved and test new approaches that strengthen engagement and retention. You’ll also keep an eye on trends, competitor activity and new opportunities, helping WWF-UK continue to evolve its fundraising products and supporter experience.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining campaign management, content development, digital engagement, supplier management and performance analysis. You’ll coordinate activity across internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and timelines and make sure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

You’ll also have the freedom to spot opportunities to surprise and delight existing supporters, creating timely and engaging moments that help strengthen their connection with WWF-UK.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious and motivated by understanding what makes supporters engage and stay connected. You’ll be comfortable managing detail and deadlines, working collaboratively across teams and using insight to continually improve the supporter experience.
