CV Screen is recruiting for a Paid Media Executive position with a growing specialist digital marketing organisation that delivers recruitment advertising campaigns for major UK and international brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC professional with experience across paid media channels to join a highly regarded team and develop their career in recruitment marketing. The role is hybrid, with just one day per week in the office in Woking, and offers a salary of £30,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Linked In.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Manage recruitment marketing budgets and improve application quality and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
• Support reporting, campaign planning and ongoing account growth activities.

• At least 2 years of PPC or paid media campaign management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta and Linked In advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities.

• Salary of £30,000 to £34,000
• Hybrid working with one office day per week
• 23 days' paid holiday plus bank holidays, rising by a day for each year worked, up to 26 days.
