Premier Charity is seeking a Charity Manager / Head of Operations in Surrey with hybrid working. The role is 3-5 days per week, part-time or full-time considered, with a salary of 40-50k per annum for full-time applicants.
You will run operations to advance a person-centred support model for neurodivergent adults, recruit providers, work with a Care & Support Manager, manage budgets and funding, and drive fundraising and partnerships to scale impact.
