Location: Old Woking
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Health Promotion Outreach Worker for the Surrey Sexual Health Outreach Team to extend services into wider communities across Surrey, with a focus on young people under 25 and at‑risk groups. The role is a development post with on‑the‑job training to progress from Band 4 to Band 5.
