Join Nuffield Health as a Nursing Associate in the Outpatients team. You will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality patient care in Outpatients.
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop competencies including phlebotomy, ECG recording, and IT skills as part of a broad skillset.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet diverse patient and clinical needs across specialties.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in apprenticeship pathways toward Registered Nurse qualification.
- A Level 5 Nursing Associate qualification (Foundation Degree or Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education).
- Current registration with the NMC as a Nursing Associate.
- Positive, proactive and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Flexible approach to working patterns and responsibilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Desirable:
Phlebotomy, ECG recording and interpretation, good IT/digital literacy, patient-centred approach, and customer service skills; ability to work across multiple specialties.
